Apparently giant creatures don’t go out of style, and when Godzilla movies come out, people can’t hide their excitement and the new movie that has come out has a lot to say.

We all love movies that feature dinosaurs, more so if it’s a giant creature that we know as Godzilla. Now, his new movie has come out and people have a lot to say, and they seem pretty excited about it.

The new Godzilla: Minus One movie already has reviews

The new Godzilla: Minus One movie already has reviewsGodzilla: Minus One  is the latest Japanese blockbuster inspired by the mighty kaiju. Godzilla: Minus One, directed by Takashi Yamazaki and starring Ryûnosuke Kamiki, Sakura Ando and Munetaka Aoki, is being praised as an excellent film about the character.

Critics have received the film very well and it shows with the reviews they are writing about it :

Richard Eisenbeis of Anime News Network:
Godzilla Minus One is a fantastic Godzilla movie. Its premise is excellent, and seeing the various characters come together to try to defeat Godzilla when their resources are so limited is incredibly engaging. At the same time, Koichi’s personal struggle grounds the story in reality, making the film not just a battle against a giant monster but a battle to repair his war-torn soul. And while it’s not a perfect film with its forays into melodrama and shoddy CG, they end up being minor complaints when all is said and done.

Tim Grierson of Screen Daily:

Nearly 70 years after the original film’s release, Godzilla Minus One returns the titular beast to its roots as a metaphor for post-war anxiety and pain in Japan, delivering in the process a stirring spectacle that also contains a palpable emotional undercurrent. Buoyed by impressive effects work overseen by Yamazaki, this confident audience delight throttles recent Hollywood remakes in much the same way that Godzilla pulverizes another metropolis.

What do you think about it? Have you seen the new Godzilla movie? Did you like it? Do you think they should make more Godzilla movies?
