Every year they come out with different lists indicating what would be the best series and movies we watch on a daily basis, making many people join streaming platforms to watch them without interruption.
Netflix has an extensive catalog that catches people’s attention, as you can find a little bit of everything. From drama series, to horror that possibly won’t let you sleep, but apparently, the platform would count with what could be the best series in history and to everyone’s surprise, it is not from USA.
The Netflix series that many believe could be the best in history, is not from the United States.
Since its release in April of this year, a Netflix original series has generated great debate and is considered to be “the best series ever” in a year full of premieres in several languages.
It is “Los pacientes del doctor GarcÃa,” a Netflix original production in Spanish. With an intriguing plot and, above all, very well thought out, it has won praise from audiences and critics alike.
According to Netflix’s sypnosis, this Spanish series features the following story:
“It is 1936 in Madrid, Spain. Doctor Guillermo GarcÃa Medina lives under a false identity. His past had condemned him to the death penalty, but his best friend, the Republican diplomat he saved from a critical moment, Manuel Arroyo BenÃtez, is the one who gives him the documentation that allows him to move without being discovered in Spanish society. However, his life takes an unexpected turn in 1947, when Manuel returns from exile with a secret and dangerous mission”.
