The Marvels is now in theaters and the discussion is much bigger than many thought, as critics and audiences are fighting again. The critics have given it a lot of positive reviews, while the audience is not loving it as much.
The most interesting thing about this movie was the zero advertising, the use of cats for commercials and of course, knowing how short the movie was compared to the others that have been released, but if you are a Marvel fan, the thing that would have caught your attention the most is about the post-credits scene.
The Marvels post-credits scene marks a before and after of the UCM.
In the post-credits sequence, Monica Rambeau wakes up in a bed with no knowledge of her location or how she got there. A variant of her mother, Maria Rambeau, in Binay’s costume, lies beside her. After the first confusion, in which Monica is thrilled to be reunited with her deceased mother while the variant doesn’t quite understand what is happening, Beast, a prominent member of the X-Men, appears.
“All we know is that Binary found you. My theory? Somehow you crossed a rift in space-time. Now you’re in a parallel reality to your own. Which, of course, is impossible.”
The post-credits scene has certainly given a lot to talk about, since we would be seeing a union of a very interesting multiverse that will surely please the audience, since the X men are some of the most interesting characters that you can find in the universe.
