A Korean series of historical genre has received great praise that has even been classified by many experts in the industry as one of the best of its kind, proving to be better than the acclaimed series ‘Game of Thrones‘, find out which one it is.

This production titled ‘Kingdom‘, which is available on Netflix and deals with genres of adventure, politics and history, has made users who have watched it assure that its plot is more interesting than the one by the HBO Max series ‘Game of Thrones’.

The aforementioned series goes back to the ancient Joseon Dynasty, where the Heir Prince, Lee Chang, of a great empire fights to stop a mysterious plague that turns the people of his kingdom into strange monsters looking for a way to save the entire nation.

The story of this drama is based on ‘The Kingdom of the Gods‘ by Kim Eun-hee and Yang Kyung-il, which tells another version of a zombie apocalysis in such a different and interesting way that viewers have classified it as their favorite, even before ‘Game of Thrones’.

Currently ‘Kingdom’, which had its first broadcast in 2019, has two seasons of 6 episodes each, where each of them has a duration of approximately 36-56 minutes. In addition, it stars actors Ju Ji-hoon, Ryu Seung-ryong, Bae Doona, Kim Sung-kyu.

Now the production of this series is working on its third installment which has already been confirmed to fans. It is expected that it will be a success on the Netflix streaming platform, breaking audience records around the world.
