The British royal family could be suing Meghan Markle because of Meghan and Prince Harry’s declarations and accusations against some members of the family. The royal couple even went as far as to say that the royal family was racist toward Meghan.
Buckingham Palace confirmed last Wednesday that the Duchess of Sussex would not attend King Charles III’s coronation. On the other hand, Prince Harry is reported to attend his father’s ceremony which will take place on May 6 at Westminster Abbey.
According to the Daily Mail, Meghan Markle is not welcomed by the royal family or Buckingham Palace. She is considered a controversial figure and her reputation and image have been damaged by the several scandals and controversies that she has been involved in. In addition, the royal family is not happy with her constant attacks as she is damaging the public’s opinion of them.
The royal family could file a lawsuit against the Duchess of Sussex for defamation. Royal experts weighed in and said that this kind of lawsuit usually takes a long time and could trigger more controversies which could make them lose popularity among the British people. Although King Charles III has been trying to reunite his family, it looks like the damage is irreversible.
