During their 11 years of career, the BTS K-Pop have achieved worldwide success and recognition with many of their music projects, but some of them were not well received, and these are their 13 songs that were banned from being played on TV.

Starting with their ‘DARK&WILD’ from 2014, the song ‘Can You Turn Off Your Cell Phone?‘ was banned for naming the Korean Brand Lotto, ‘2nd Grade‘ was prohibited for inappropriate language, and ‘BTS Cypher Pt.3: KILLER (Feat. Supreme Boi)‘ for inappropriate references, swear words, and brand names.

Regarding the boy group’s 2015 album ‘The Most Beautiful Moment in Life: Pt. 1’, the theme song ‘Hold Me Tight‘ was banned for referring to drinking alcohol, ‘Converse Hight‘ for naming brands like Alexander McQueen and Chanel, and ‘Boys With Fun‘ for mentioning a phrase that sounds like a swear word in Korean.

In the 2017 album ‘Love Yourself: Her’, the song ‘Sea‘ was banned for inappropriate language, ‘Go Go‘ for the use of slang, and ‘Pied Piper‘ was prohibited for mentioning the social networking platform formerly called ‘Twitter’.

For the 2015 album ‘The Most Beautiful Moment in Life, Pt. 2’, the two songs ‘Intro: Never Mind‘ and ‘Whalien 52‘ were banned for the use of cursed and swear words. Also the songs ‘Dope‘ for having “vulgar lyrics” and ‘Ma City‘ for referencing the brand KIA.
