And even though many Selenators are feeling the hype, some believe that support for the album has been scarce. , the record dropped on March 21 with star-studded guests, including GloRilla, J Balvin, Tainy, Gracie Abrams, Charli XCX, Phineas, and The Marias. It also marks Selena Gomez’s first major music release since 2020’s “Rare.”

Gomez insisted they never asked, “What should we write today?”—they simply vibed. Blanco joked he’d sneakily record those everyday lines for lyrics.
