“I can’t thank you enough for wanting to see this movie that so vividly captures my favorite adventure I’ve ever been a part of – The Eras Tour,” Swift wrote on her Instagram shortly before the premiere began, adding, “And the best part is that it’s an adventure we’re still on together.”
Before the show began, Taylor couldn’t help but say a few words, as she was extremely moved by the successful premiere her film would be having:

The impact that Taylor Swift’s movie has had is completely incredible, since only in presales it raised millions of dollars, with figures that hardly other productions have been able to reach, to such an extent that big movies like The Exorcist decided to move the release date so as not to have to compete against Swift.
