Meghan Markle’s popularity in the United Kingdom has decreased noticeably due to all the controversies she has been involved in. To make things worse, a recent survey shows that the British people are not fans of her and some even despise her.
YouGov, the recognized market research firm, conducted a new survey in the United Kingdom about the popularity of different members of the Royal Family. After the results were posted, it was revealed that the Duchess of Sussex lost 47 points and reached a new historical low in the list since her inclusion in 2017.
On top of that, the survey showed that 7 out of 10 British people have a negative opinion regarding Meghan and her attitude. Unsurprisingly, she is being highly criticized for her constant attacks against the Royal Family in her and Prince Harry’s Netflix docuseries, ‘Harry & Meghan’.
In addition, Meghan Markle’s popularity is predicted to continue decreasing in the upcoming months because her influence inside the British monarchy is unstable. Since moving to the United States in 2020, she lost a lot of relevancy among the British people and the constant scandals have not helped either. Although Prince Harry has made several attempts to clean up Meghan’s image, this survey shows that they have been a complete failure.
