In a recent interview with Variety, Dan has expressed that his final season will not follow the same model as Game of Thrones in the past, since it had a very slow development of episodes in its last season, except for the last two episodes which were the best, which is why in the new installment of Stranger Things there will be a lot of action from the first episode.
