Song Kang and Lee Jun Young appear together in a new poster for tvN’s drama “Four Hands, Two Sonatas.” The series follows two young pianists who meet at Korea Arts High School and continue from adolescence into professional life. The story will explore friendship, love, rivalry, growth, and the pressure of developing artistic talent. The title refers to a piano technique in which two people perform together on one instrument.

In the newly released poster, Song Kang plays Kang Bi Oh, while Lee Jun Young plays Choi Jung Yo. The pair is photographed looking joyful in their school uniforms. However, their expressions suggest that they might be expressing the same emotion differently.  Kang Bi Oh looks directly toward the camera with a bright demeanor. In contrast, Choi Jung Yo keeps his eyes closed, as if he were fully absorbing the moment. These differences might hint at their different personalities and future relationship.

The poster includes the message, “The moment when notes meet, a brilliant harmony is completed.” The phrase suggests that the two pianists will find love through their passion for music, but their connection will move between friendship and rivalry. Viewers will get to see how their bond changes as they become adults and professional musicians. “Four Hands, Two Sonatas” will premiere on August 29, 2026, at 9:10 p.m. Korean Standard Time on tvN.
