Shinsegae Square features BLACKPINK’s comeback in central Seoul

Shinsegae Department Store lit up Myeongdong with BLACKPINK’s latest music video following the quartet’s comeback. In celebration of the release of their third mini-album “DEADLINE” and its title track “GO,” the retailer projected the video on the main digital billboard at Shinsegae Square on February 27, 2026. The massive outdoor screen is located on the department store’s main building and has become a popular landmark in one of Seoul’s busiest shopping districts.

The digital façade draws attention as fans gather in Myeongdong

Shinsegae Square is known for large-scale digital visuals and immersive video content that attract multiple visitors. Meanwhile, BLACKPINK’s comeback gained notable visibility with the music video for “GO” lighting up the screen. The neon backdrop of Myeongdong’s streets added to the atmosphere as fans gathered to watch the broadcast. The location has previously featured branded visuals and seasonal art, but this event placed BLACKPINK at the center of attention in one of South Korea’s premier retail hubs.

The DEADLINE promotions expand beyond regular promotions

The billboard screening is part of a broader promotional rollout for the “DEADLINE” mini-album. A special listening session is currently being held at the National Museum of Korea from February 26 to March 8, 2026, during regular museum hours. This marks the first time a KPop act collaborates with the National Museum of Korea, with BLACKPINK particularly having a spot at the museum’s “Path of History” in the main lobby for the listening session. In addition, the Museum was lit up in pink to celebrate the release of the group’s latest EP.
