The South Korean music programs have become popular among Kpop fans worldwide. The astonishing performances and surprises every week make them special, and SHINee’s Key had the sweet taste of victory.
On October 5, a new episode of MBC’s “Music Core” was broadcast with great performances by P1Harmony, VANNER, the Wind, TIOT, ASC2NT, WHIB, XODIAC, Sphaze, Heo Chanmi, Bok Jieun, and Pagaehun, NCT WISH, Choi Ye Na, FIFTY FIFTY, Super Junior D&E, and BTOB’s Changsub.
Before the night was ending, the host took over the stage to announce the three candidates for taking the award home. Kang Daniel’s “Electric Shock,” QWER’s “My Name Is Malguem” and Key’s “Pleasure Shop” were in a tight race, but SHINee’s Key took the win with a total of 8,344 points.
