CARATs, time to wave your lightsticks — SEVENTEEN just dropped a mysterious teaser for their 12th mini album, and it’s got everyone talking! The cryptic video, set on a quiet subway platform, showed the words “I FELT HELPLESS,” leaving fans scrambling to decipher what it all means.
The mini-album, dropping on October 14, promises to hit hard, but it comes with a bittersweet twist. Members Jeonghan and Jun won’t be part of the promotions, with Jeonghan enlisting in the military and Jun off pursuing acting in China, the boy group will have two pieces off in this comeback.
While the two SEVENTEEN members will be missed, their presence will still be felt in the music. During a recent video, the group confirmed that Jeonghan and Jun have vocals and participation in the upcoming mini-album, making their temporary line-up change less abrupt.
SEVENTEEN has had a packed year so far! The release of their compilation hits album “17 IS RIGHT HERE,” proved they are an established force in the K-pop industry. Moreover, their participation in the Glastonbury Festival and Lollapalooza Berlin showcased their global influence.
