Rookie of the Year is finally here! KPop is always changing and growing. Every year, many new groups join the industry and want to show what they can do, but only a few become really popular and make a big impact on fans around the world.
The last three years have been really exciting. We’ve seen new groups that changed what great performances look like, started new trends worldwide, and brought fresh energy to the competitive world of KPop idols.
A rookie group’s first years are crucial. This is the moment when they must capture attention, build a loyal fan base, define their artistic identity, and deliver unforgettable performances, all while competing against countless other talented newcomers.
In an industry with this demand, debuting is only the beginning. What truly sets a rookie of the year apart is their ability to survive, adapt, and shine in a field where expectations rise higher every day. From viral dance challenges to explosive stage charisma, from breathtaking vocals to innovative concepts, rookies of the last three years have worked relentlessly to carve out their place.
That is why Rookie of the Year is more than just a title. It is a celebration of potential, impact, artistry, and the fierce determination that only rookie groups possess. It recognises the teams who entered the industry not just to participate, but to create, inspire, and ultimately become legends.
For this edition, the Music Mundial team chose to expand the eligibility window to the last three debut years, allowing a broader and more competitive selection of nominees, all of whom showed remarkable promise and undeniable talent.
In the Music Mundial team, we decided to create a poll to decide who will be the ROOKIE OF THE YEAR, nominees that were chosen through a hard and very meticulous method of selection, in which the 20 winners are now against each other.

It is now up to the public, the popular vote is the main character in this phase, meaning that you have the power to vote and decide which group advances to the next round of voting, only some names are going to survive the versus phase.
The rules are super easy, you just have two votes per minute in the box, and of course, share on all fanbases so that more people can vote for your favourite rookie group and have a better chance to be chosen. To validate your vote you must share the main link on any social network.
