RIIZE fans, brace yourselves! Seunghan is making his long-awaited return to the group after a whirlwind of controversy that kept him out of the spotlight for nearly a year. Starting this November, the idol will slowly step back into the spotlight with his RIIZE members.
Seunghan’s hiatus took place in August 2023 after some controversial photos saw the light of day. South Korea’s conservative crowd wasn’t exactly thrilled about the scandal, which included a snapshot of him smoking and lying in bed with an unidentified lady. Consequently, SM Entertainment hit the pause button on his activities, leaving everyone guessing about his future.
But now, with a heartfelt letter to fans and a nod from his fellow RIIZE members, Seunghan is ready to start again. The idol thanked his supporters and reflected on the actions that caused controversy in South Korea. SM Entertainment also released a statement, revealing how much the idol had grown personally during his hiatus.
And just like that, RIIZE goes back to being a 7-member boy group and get ready because Seunghan is walking hand-in-hand with the help of Shotaro, Eunseok, Sungchan, Wonbin, Sohee, and Anton.
