The scandal that Ricky Martin and his nephew Dennis have been involved in for months is far from over.
Although a few weeks ago, his nephew withdrew a complaint against the singer and it seemed that everything would be behind him.
Now the alleged unpublished testimony of the singer’s relative has been leaked, revealing how he abused him.
It was for the Puerto Rican show ‘La Comay’, where the testimony was leaked. Ricky’s nephew explains in few words, but in a raw and explicit way, how his uncle allegedly abused him when he was 11 years old, and that this situation would have occurred in 2012 in New York City during a performance at the Marquis Theater.
This is what the motion said: “I, Dennis Yadiel Sánchez, of legal age, resident of San Juan, present the following motion to inform this honorable court of aspects related to the present case. On June 14, 2012, in New York City, in the dressing room of the Marquis Theater for my 11th birthday.
The plaintiff performed orogenital acts on me”.
After the document came to light, Ricky Jose Andreu Fuentes’ lawyer, did not take long to reply and denied that these accusations are real, even qualifying them as “false and crazy accusations”
Likewise, he pointed out that this new testimony not only contradicts everything he has been saying throughout the months, but that it is a product of the mental problems he suffers from:
“That is totally false. It is contrary to what he said under oath in a previous proceeding, and it is contrary to everything he has been saying, because this boy not only has an interest in harming Ricky, but also has a mental condition that makes him do these things,” continued Andreu.
The legal representative asked the authorities to stop these behaviors of the 21 year old, so that he does not continue to damage the name and reputation of the artist.
It is known that a hearing would take place this October 3, which had already been rescheduled on September 28.
