The last State visit from this year belongs to Emir Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani of Qatar and his wife, Sheikha Jawaher AI Thani. The Royal Family prepared everything for this important meeting as King Charles III and Prince William participated in the reception ceremony for the Qataris. However, Queen Camilla Parker and Kate Middleton have taken turns in welcoming them as well.
Although the Princess of Wales and Queen Camilla Parker didn’t attend the outdoor activities, they were both included in a private lunch. This is the first time for both having such a big duty since Kate’s cancer treatment and Camilla’s recovery from Pneumonia.
For Dinner, Queen Camilla Parker was crowned for the first time with the Kokosnik tiara, inspired by the Russian headdress of the same name. The next day, the Princess of Wales also attended in a coat by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen, a hat by Sahar Millinery, a Chanel handbag, and the late Queen Elizabeth II’s jewelry.
The two royal ladies had such a strong presence in the Royal scene during this last royal visit until Buckingham Palace opened its doors in 2027. There’s no doubt this is one of the first big appearances for Kate Middleton and many of what’s coming ahead.
