Her mom revealed his hobby during a Scouts event in Windsor with US First Lady Melania Trump, and she even laughed that she keeps finding the horse chestnut seeds “in cupboards, in his bed, conkers everywhere!”

Louis, who’s just 7, doesn’t just collect them; he also piles them into his toy trucks. Conkers were once the center of a classic British kids’ game, and have fallen out of mainstream fashion, but Louis is clearly doing his best for a revival moment. Chief Scout Dwayne Fields later explained that Kate Middleton’s story made the kids feel connected to her as a mom, not just a princess. He added that she often shares sweet stories about George, Charlotte, and Louis, which helps her relate to young people to make them feel comfortable.
