The Royal Family is going through quite a few polemic, mostly due to the prince William and the alleged marital crisis that the first in line to the throne is going through with his wife, Kate Middleton. The rumor was started after Kate declared on a local florist from London, where she admitted that she does not expect anything from her husband on Valentine’s Day.
For this reason, the British press was quite aware of the events on the special day, expecting some big news or a leaked picture that would reveal more about the current status of the royal couple. However, even after rumors of the Buckingham Palace members aiding for William to spend the day with his mistress, nothing really happened that day, which turned out to be even more alarming.
The press became suspicious of the lack of romantic gestures since last year William sent his wife, Kate, a bouquet of 50 very costly roses and a letter with a message, however, there was no evidence or rumor about any gesture of the sort for this year’s valentine’s day, allegedly, because he spent the day with his mistress, one of Kate best friends, or ex-best friend, Rose Hanbury.
In 2019, there were pictures leaked where we could see both William and Rose spending the night at a private nightclub, quite close to each other, which sparkled the rumors. Since then, Kate was reported to have asked for Rose, who was a close friend of hers and to the whole royal family, to never be invited to any state dinners or royal events of any sort, pretty much confirming the rumors.
