The Prince of Wales is reportedly shocked and saddened by the death of his former nanny’s stepson, Edward Pettifer, who tragically died in the incident. The 31-year-old was among 14 people killed in the vehicle on New Year’s Day.
Alexandra Tiggy Pettifer, Edward Pettifer’s mother, cared for Prince William and Prince Harry in the 1990s. The sadness brought a heartfelt statement by Prince William to express his condolences to all who knew Pettifer.
“Our thoughts and prayers remain with the Pettifer family and all those innocent people who have been tragically impacted by this horrific attack.”
