Prince Harry has reportedly chosen to maintain a tight-knit circle of friends in California, a decision made for his family’s safety. Since moving to Montecito with Meghan Markle, the Duke of Sussex has prioritized creating a secure environment for their children, even if it means being away from his close friends in the UK.

Sources told US Weekly that:

“He’ll always be fond of his home country. But the way he views it, his wife and kids are his priority. If that means making sure they’re safe and happy in Montecito, then he supports that.”

While many of Prince Harry’s old friends remain in Britain, he’s found a new support system in the US, including celebrities like James Corden, Tyler Perry, Nacho Figueras, and Orlando Bloom. Meghan Markle has also built her own network of close friends, including Serena Williams and Ellen DeGeneres, and visits a group of local moms in Montecito, according to US Weekly sources.

Despite the physical distance from his UK friends, Prince Harry continues to cherish his relationships, occasionally reuniting with them during special events. However, the relationship with his royal family remains estranged ever since he moved with his wife to the United States.
