After much controversy, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have managed to confirm and leave evidence of the racism they have suffered after a group of UK police officers attacked them with derogatory comments against the skin tone of the American actress.
It has recently been reported that six British police officers were indicted for writing racist messages related to various issues, including also the marriage of King Charles III‘s younger son with Meghan Markle confirming that the couple’s accusations are true.
After an exhaustive investigation by the ‘BBC Newsnight‘ program, it was possible to find and reveal a conversation in a WhatsApp group of British police officers, including some retired ones, where they shared racist comments against the Duchess of Sussex and her children with Prince Harry.
For this reason, the workers must appear in front the court because racism is punishable by the European nation and they must pay for these actions.
“They are tired of being let down by a minority and are aware of the damage that bad behavior can do to our relationship with the communities we serve. I recognize that announcements about the outcome of our investigations may have the potential to cause further public concern, but I hope it demonstrates our absolute commitment to investigate any corrupt and abusive behavior“, the statement said.
Beyond punishing these people for racist comments, this discovery represents a victory for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle for maintaining their position on the racism they received during their stay as an official couple in the British crown.
