After all the love Mario Bros received, even being a trend due to the catchy song Peaches, Nintendo decided it was a good idea to come up with a new adaptation that would make all the company’s fans happy.
Although many fans were hoping that the new film would be about a Mario Bros sequel, after the news that has been released lately, fans went crazy knowing that the new adaptation could be about Zelda.
Journalist Jeff Sneider has assured in his podcast The Hot Mic, that the studio Ilummination is about to reach an agreement to create the new story of the Nintendo character, whose intention is to exploit all the potential that Nintendo now has to create tapes.
“Zelda would be the next big franchise for Illumination and Nintendo, just as we had hoped. I’ve been told it’s happening,” Sneider told the show.
It is known that if the movie is made, it will definitely be a box office success, since Zelda is a video game that has been present in generations that remember and play it with great affection.
