Boyfriend on Demand has many men who will romance Jisoo’s character
Netflix sparked excitement about Boyfriend On Demand after releasing a new trailer featuring the men who will romance Jisoo’s character in the series. The fantasy romantic comedy is directed by Kim Jung Sik, who also worked on No Gain No Love, and it premiered on March 6, 2026. Ahead of the release, Netflix promoted the K-Drama with posters, still images, and other preview content, which helped build strong anticipation online. Seo In Guk plays the male lead and shares the spotlight with Jisoo’s character, becoming her unexpected love interest.

The drama features several popular actors in special appearances
One of the biggest talking points about the show is the number of male lead cameos included in the series. The guest cast includes the likes of Seo Kang Joon, Lee Soo Hyuk, Ong Seong Wu, Lee Jae Wook, Lee Hyun Wook, Jay Park, Kim Young Dae, and Lee Sang Yi. Each actor appears as part of Mi Rae’s romantic journey and adds a different style to the show’s virtual dating world. Thanks to this large group of fabulous men, Jisoo is being described as the Korean actress with the most male lead cameos in a single drama.

The story follows Mi Rae as virtual romance changes her real life
Boyfriend On Demand centers on a futuristic dating app that lets users create an ideal boyfriend inside a virtual dating system. As she moves through one virtual date after another, her real life becomes more complicated. She keeps meeting Kyeong Nam, played by Seo In Guk, who is both her coworker and rival. While her virtual love experiences seem exciting, her connection with Kyeong Nam keeps getting more romantic and real.
