Anyone who followed Miley Cyrus and Liam Heamsworth‘s divorce in 2019 will surely remember that the singer soon got into a relationship with another Australian, singer Cody Simpson. They were together for about 10 months and broke up suddenly in August 2020.
In an interview with The Sunday Telegraph, Simpson explained that he was moving forward with swimming training and might have to move to Australia because of that.

“I started training towards the end of our relationship. And it made me realize that if I did well in the sport, I would have to go back to Australia”, she commented.
“I saw that maybe it was time to turn this page into a chapter of my life. It’s something that not everyone understands“, Cody continued.
“That was one of the reasons that made me end my last two relationships”, concludes the singer.
