Recently, Meghan and Prince Harry’s chief of staff in Archewell, Josh Kettler, has reportedly thrown in the towel after just three months of working for them. This makes him the ninth employee to walk the door, sparking concern about what’s really going on behind their “charitable” attitudes.
Adding fuel to the fire, a source close to the couple blamed Meghan Markle’s “unbearable” behavior for the high turnover. The insider expressed that “She talks down to people and is very condescending.” Another contractor, a florist, said they were “monstered” by the Duchess of Sussex over a social media post and vowed never to work with her again.

Despite the royal drama, the Sussexes are carrying out a tour through Colombia and have already concluded the day 1 of their visit. The couple arrived in Bogotá this Thursday and met Vice President Francia Márquez and her partner Rafael Yerney Pinilloe. The former royals are expected to support initiatives regarding the protection of children from online harm.
