The American actress Meghan Markle was on a tour in Nigeria with her husband, Prince Harry, where they made an important visit with the intention of promoting the Invictus Games and other different social causes. However, the last look the Duchess has worn has caught attention since many claim that she was directly inspired by Queen Letizia of Spain.
The iconic looks of the Spanish monarch would now have been an inspiration for the Duchess of Sussex, who looked completely stunning on her last day in Nigeria.
The ‘Suits’ actress chose a white suit from Altuzarra, with which fashion houses quickly associated it with one of the most emblematic looks of Queen Letizia: the one she wore in her marriage proposal with King Felipe VI in 2023.
However, that was not the only opportunity in which the Queen of Spain wore this look, as the former journalist has revisited this impressing suit on different occasions, as she did at an official event in the city of Madrid in 2018.
In the case of Meghan, she has combined her suit with an iconic shoe brand, Manolo Blahnik. The actress ended the outfit with gold jewelry and the Cartier watch that belonged to her late mother-in-law, Princess Diana.
