During a recent promotional event, Meghan Markle shares Prince Harry‘s advice for ‘really hard days,’ giving supporters a sweet insight into their way of seeing life.
On July 28th, the Duchess of Sussex attended a special screening of Cookie Queens, the Girl Scouts documentary which she executive-produced alongside her husband, where she made an interesting Q&A session.
One of the questions asked Meghan Markle about how she motivates herself when having “tough moments,” to which she responded, recalling a positive quote her husband told her “ages ago” to go through hard times.
“Sometimes on really hard days, we were once, he said, ‘Hey, but my love, you know, even if there’s a storm happening above the storm, the sun’s always shining.'”
The Duchess continues saying that Prince Harry’s perspective “only comes when you think about zooming out a little.” She reflects on all the bad days people have gone through, successfully concluding that “no matter what feels insurmountable, there’s just always that sun shining above it.”
