So far, this new Meghan Markle account has racked up over 100,000 followers, even without being verified with a blue check.
Interestingly, the Duchess of Sussex is coming back on her own terms—comments are disabled, likes are hidden, and there’s zero caption. Since leaving social media in 2018, due to “almost unsurvivable” online abuse, Meghan Markle’s Internet activity has been scarce for royal followers. Yet, this new post breaks her online silence, making fans wonder if this is her return to the Internet or just a cheeky teaser for an upcoming teaser
The account remained unused for about two years, with it being set up in 2023 and its very first post coming on January 2nd, 2025. Meanwhile, the mother of two remains distanced from other social media platforms, with zero activity on Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, or X.
