Meghan Markle is being targeted and criticized for having the audacity of rejecting King Charles III’s invitation to the coronation ceremony where he and Camilla Parker are going to become the new monarchs of the United Kingdom.
Unlike other ceremonies, King Charles III’s coronation is shaping up to be very memorable but for all the wrong reasons. In the last few months, the king has made several changes to the protocols of the event and people think this will leave a bad impression on the public.
Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Prince Harry will be attending the ceremony alone and Meghan Markle will stay in the United States with her children. A clear sign that the relationship between Buckingham Palace and Meghan is completely broken. However, the Duchess of Sussex is reportedly happy with this as she prefers to be with her family.
According to royal expert M McCain:
“She is missing the historic event to celebrate the couple’s son Prince Archie’s birthday, which falls on the same day as the coronation. No one in their right mind believes Hollywood Meghan Markle is passing up a chance to peacock in front of the world to blow up balloons and serve cake in the backyard.”
Despite this, she has been highly criticized because she could celebrate her son’s birthday in the United Kingdom and she is not making any effort to make things right and reconcile with the royal family.
