The South Korean music program circuits have become essential for all the idols to promote their newest musical releases. In addition, the shows have created a healthy competition among the Kpop artists, who are always seeking to snatch the weekly crown. This time, MAMAMOO’s Hwasa topped the charts like no other with her hit song, “Good Goodbye.”
“Good Goodbye” became a global sensation after Hwasa performed at the 46th Blue Dragon Film Awards. The song quickly gathered a larger crowd of K-Netizens, who helped her achieve several perfect all-kills in South Korea.
On January 11 KST, SBS’ Inkigayo aired its latest episode with exciting performances from Apink, CHU, SAY MY NAME, Shin Soo Hyun, YUWAN, among other great idols. At the end of the show, the hosts took over the stage to announce the weekly competitors for first place, including: LE SSERAFIM with “SPAGHETTI”, Hwasa with “Good Goodbye”, and ILLIT with “NOT CUTE ANYMORE”.
Ultimately, Hwasa has earned her fourth win in the music show, proving her influence inside the Kpop charts, and surely will be only one of many wins from now on. Did you like this release? Let us know in the comments
