This controversial lawsuit, first heard on January 10, 2025, centers on Source Music’s claim that Min Hee Jin spread bogus details about LE SSERAFIM’s debut. They’re demanding a hefty 500 million KRW in damages for alleged falsehoods made during the former CEO’s emergency press conference on April 25, 2025, where she revealed confidential information about Source Music and LE SEERAFIM.
