LE SSERAFIM, ILLIT, and KATSEYE are getting ready to release their collaborative digital single “ICONIC BY MISTAKE” on June 12, 2026. On June 9, HYBE labels shared a new set of tease photos through the girl groups’ official social media accounts, showing each quintet standing against a fiery backdrop while highlighting their individual styles and fierce charisma. The sneak-peeks quickly drew attention from fans of all three girl bands, who are getting together for the biggest collaborative project this year.

A music video preview was released a day earlier, offering fans a short look at the song’s melody and aesthetic concept. According to the agency, the project was designed to create a special summer experience for global fans and will include a high-quality performance along with additional promotional content. The collaboration is expected to show strong “girl power” energy by combining the different identities of these rising groups.

The full music video will premiere on June 11, 2026, and the groups will perform the song for the first time on M Countdown at 6 p.m. KST that same day. The official digital release will follow on June 12 at 1 p.m. KST. This single comes during a busy period for all 3 groups, who have released material this year. KATSEYE recently unveiled “PINKY UP,” which is part of their upcoming EP “WILD.” Similarly, ILLIT released their EP “MAMIHLAPINATAPAI,” alongside the high-energy track “IT’S ME.” Finally, LE SSERAFIM delighted fans with their second studio album “PUREFLOW, Pt. 1.”
