KATSEYE made a brief appearance at Olivia Rodrigo’s Daisy Chain Fields festival on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Despite canceling their scheduled performance earlier in the week, Yoonchae, Lara and Megan appeared on stage to introduce Baby2Baby, a nonprofit organization. Their appearance as a trio allowed the group to support the festival even though they could not perform.
Member Megan had suffered an ankle injury during rehearsal, which led KATSEYE to withdraw from the festival lineup on August 27, 2026. Explaining the withdrawal, Megan jokingly said that her ankle was “on hiatus.” However, she said that the group still had to support the event. KATSEYE is currently performing as a quartet, but member Daniela was not seen on stage during Saturday’s appearance. Meanwhile, Manon has been on hiatus since February 2026 to focus. Similarly, Sophia was put on hiatus in August 2026 to take care of her mental health.
“We’re sending all of our love to Olivia and this beautiful community that she built at Daisy Chain Fields. We’re so happy to be here and show as much support as we can. We love you, Olivia. Thank you for letting us be a small part of this,” Megan shared.
The festival also raised significant funds for charitable organizations. On Friday, August 28, Olivia Rodrigo announced that ticket sales for the Saturday event had generated $10 million. The money will be distributed among 10 nonprofits supporting women, including Planned Parenthood, Baby2Baby, FreeFrom and the National Women’s Law Center. Meanwhile, it was revealed on August 30, 2026, that Sophia will not rejoin KATSEYE as they begin their WILDWORLD Tour on the dates scheduled from September 1 to September 17.
