Netflix just gagged Wednesday fans with this news  — Lady Gaga is officially joining Season 2! The big reveal was confirmed at Tudum 2025 alongside a spooky-fun six-minute preview that proves this season isn’t pulling any punches. After a nearly three-year wait, the Addams queen (played by Jenna Ortega) is back, and she’s tied up in a killer’s lair, literally.

Make yourself uncomfortable.

The preview kicks off with Wednesday being held captive in a basement full of creepy life-sized dolls. Then, we flash back to her summer break, where she’s not tanning or TikToking, but sharpening her psychic skills and tracking down her childhood fave: a serial killer called the Kansas City Scalper. Talk about peak Wednesday hobbies!

Things get chaotic fast. There’s airport security, a suitcase full of weapons (and Thing), and a face-off with the Kansas City Scalper, played by Haley Joel Osment, who gifts her a doll that looks just like her. Her reply? “Let me show you some of my own handiwork.” Creepy, clever, and classic Wednesday sass.

The big moment? Gaga’s appearance was officially confirmed as Rosaline Rotwood, a legendary teacher at Nevermore. The popstar took the Tudum 2025 stage to perform  “Abracadabra” and “Zombieboy,” giving fans a taste of the fabulous darkness to come. Wednesday Season 2 drops in two parts: Aug. 6 and Sept. 3, and it’s going to be all kinds of fun and dark.
