During the last 20 years, K-pop has been taking the main stage of music entertainment step by step, in Asia, there is no doubt that it is the most popular genre. In Europe, North America, South America, Africa and Oceania K-pop has also become really popular.

With the Hallyu or Korean Wave taking over the world, it is not a surprise to see giant fandoms for K-pop groups in all the corners of the world. Now, in the Music Mundial team, we decided to create a poll to decide who will be the most iconic group of 2025, nominees that were chose through a hard and very meticulous method of selection.

The nominees are a mix of legendary powerhouses and rising sensations, each leaving their mark on the industry. From long-reigning icons who have dominated global charts for years to rookie groups shaking up the scene with fresh sounds and viral performances.

Nominees have set streaming records and sold out stadiums worldwide, while others have redefined concepts, choreography, and fashion trends. Whether it’s trendsetters or fan-favorite underdogs, these groups all have one thing in common, an unparalleled level of iconicity.

From record-breaking comebacks to global domination, these groups have defined the sound and style of K-pop. But only one can be crowned the most iconic. Will it be a legendary veteran group or a rookie sensation taking over the world? The power is in your hands.

The popular vote is the main character in this phase, meaning that you have the power to vote and decide which group get to the next round of voting, just some names are going to survive, ready to fight in the versus phase, remember to cast your votes daily to keep them on top.

The rules are extremely easy, you just have two votes per minute in the box and of course, share on all fanbases so that more people can vote for your favorite group and have more chance to be chosen, every vote counts. In order to validate your vote you must share the main link in any social network.

During the first round 20 groups: CRAVITY, P1HARMONY, THE BOYZ, NCT, SHINEE, BOYNEXTDOOR, ATEEZ, TWS, MONSTA X, RIIZE, EVERGLOW, COSMIC GIRLS, VIVIZ, STAYC, IVE, NMIXX, GIRLS’ GENERATION, DREAMCATCHER, NJZ and MAMAMOO.

During the second round 5 groups: EXO, SEVENTEEN, GOT7, BIGBANG, ZEROBASEONE, 2NE1, BABYMONSTER, AESPA, BLACKPINK and RED VELVET were eliminated, now the rest of the groups are on a fight for their survivance. During the round of 10 ILLIT, TWICE, (G)I-DLE, LE SSERAFIM and ITZY were eliminated, now the 5 finalists are on a fight for the win.
