MONSTA X has officially entered comeback mode. The boys will be having a heavy rollout with their new era, “THE X.” The idols have brought joy to all the fans who were patiently waiting for a new musical project; now, the clock is ticking.
On August 5 KST, MONSTA X’s music agency, Starship Entertainment, released a schedule poster for their upcoming mini album, “THE X.” The announcement, designed like a flyer, revealed a packed schedule of teaser content, drawing attention from fans worldwide.
The heavy rollout will kick off with the tracklist reveal, following a release of concept photos for the “Unknown X” and “Hello X” versions. Gradually, the boys will be building anticipation for their return, and a music video teaser for the pre-release track will be unveiled, and a performance video will drop on August 21st to end the pre-release promotions.
There’s more! The boys will also release the “Underdog X” and “XX” version concept photos on August 23rd and 25th. MONSTA X will reach the climax once the official comeback arrives on September 1st. The “Remix drops soon!” printed at the bottom of the poster has led to speculations of new collaborations and remixes during the era.
