The Royal Family has been traveling muddy waters for a couple of months now. Firstly, King Charles III announced he underwent treatment for an unspecified form of cancer in February and now Kate Middleton was brave enough to explain why she disappeared from the public eye after her major abdominal surgery in January.
The Princess of Wales became the main target of the British tabloids who speculated several times about the Princess’ whereabouts. On top of that, a couple of rumors were rekindled online merely because of Kensington Palace’s silence regarding her health status. However, it turned out that Kate is currently in the early stages of chemotherapy to treat an unspecified form of cancer.
Both King Charles III and Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis caught everyone off guard because they managed it all privately and their condition only became public when they decided the time was right. After Kate’s shocking news, Buckingham Palace disclosed that the Monarch of the United Kingdom feels proud of her for being brave enough to share her diagnosis with the world.

The Royal Family has several challenges to face in the coming months, including major events and royal public appearances. It is now unclear if Kate Middleton will be able to make a public appearance after Easter as several British media outlets reported a few weeks ago before Kate’s cancer diagnosis.
