King Charles III always makes time for his favorite activities and leaves a good impression among the Royal followers and the British people. This time, the King has surprised the joggers with his unexpected appearance at the running and walking event.
On January 31, the Monarch of the United Kingdom attended the 3-mile running and walking event at the Royal Sandringham estate in Norfolk as a spectator. Despite there being a parkrun every Saturday, once a month, it is organized with the “Move Against Cancer charity 5K Your Way” group.

The special visit becomes even more special as the King has been receiving cancer treatment as an outpatient since early February 2024. This is the second year in a row that the King has surprised the runners on the run. The organizers of the “5KYW” event wrote on Facebook to say they had been left “speechless again”.
“A heartfelt thank you to His Majesty The King for greeting us on the first lap of Sandringham parkrun in the beautiful setting of the Sandringham Estate this morning.”
