When his two children were young, the UK monarch decided to “put work first“, and according to Robert Jobson in his upcoming book ‘Catherine, the Princess of Wales‘, the heir felt that “the fact his father put work first had a detrimental impact on him when he was growing up and didn’t help their father/son relationship”.
However, this experience helped him to, in the current times with his own family, put as his priority his role as a father, as according to the expert, he “wants his three children to look back at their childhood with a feeling of being wrapped in love“.
