King Charles III has been the talk of the town for a while since he ascended to the British throne and modernized the monarchy as everyone used to know it. The King has even approached royal reporters to have conversations with them and understand the dynamics of the entertainment industry nowadays.
The Monarch recently offered a royal reporter an unexpected piece of fitness advice as he is preparing herself for a demanding charity horse race. The King, who is an expert as he is a former amateur jockey and competed in six different horse races, shared his recommendations with Sunday Times Royal Editor Roya Nikkhah during a recent engagement in York.
‘You’re riding so short [stirrups], it’s about the most exhausting thing I’ve ever done. So what I found was to really improve your fitness and to get your legs really strong, [for] riding short, the best thing for it is to ride a bicycle without the saddle, no seat. It really works.‘ Just the thought was painful.”
Despite the royal reporter declining to test the King’s advice, she has completed the rigorous jockey fitness assessments ahead of the charity cancer event. The reporter is making tens of netizens proud who believe in her!
