On March 22, the Monarch of the United Kingdom issued a message through social media announcing that the lights of Buckingham Palace, Clarence House, and Windsor Castle were turned off. Unfortunately, the timing was off after it came just as it marks one year since Kate Middleton’s cancer diagnosis.

The announcement of support for the environmental cause has gained relevance not only for its purpose but for its proximity to the anniversary of the revelation about Kate’s health.
