HYBE x Geffen reveals a new girl group
HYBE x Geffen has officially introduced SAINT SATINE, its new global girl group after KATSEYE, who are also under the same two companies. In 2025, it was revealed that the same team behind KATSEYE’s creation was putting another global girl group together, with a new show called World Scout: The Final Piece. The series aimed to find the fourth and final member of the group. The quartet’s name, SAINT SATINE, was announced on May 12, 2026, along with the group’s website, social media accounts, and Weverse platform.
But before this new quartet even got started, the three former Dream Academy contestants were named as members in a short film titled Prelude: The Final Piece, looking for their debut as an official group. That is one of the reasons why the then-trio was temporarily named Prelude by viewers who were waiting for the final lineup.
