KATSEYE, the coolest Western girl group this year, just proved they have massive fashion and music power! On August 20th, 2025, GAP dropped its “Better in Denim” campaign featuring the six-member group dancing to Kelis’ throwback hit “Milkshake.” And boom! By September 7th, the video alone had over 56.9 million views on Instagram, with YouTube capturing 18 million more.

The ad is both viral and marketing gold, with GAP CEO Richard Dickson bragging about roughly 8 billion impressions and 400 million total views across platforms. Even Kelis herself and other celebrities like Chloe Sevigny and Mindy Kaling chimed in with praise. The NFL even dropped a comment: “Perfect, no explanation needed.”

Styled in low-rise denim, joined by 30 dancers, KATSEYE pulled off a campaign that fashion magazines like Harper’s Bazaar and V Magazine are hailing as a perfect brand fit. Their blend of music and style is now setting trends worldwide, proving why they’re monster rookies. If this is the star of their music career as a group, just picture how bright their future looks!
