Kate Middleton visited the Anna Freud Center and described it as an inspiring experience as she could interact and even have extended conversations with a group of teenagers regarding mental health and psychology. She also said that is extremely dangerous to medicate this kind of disorder excessively.
During her visit, Kate looked radiant and actively participated in several sessions about dealing with anxiety and creating awareness about mental health issues. The Princess of Wales showed once again her kindness and charming attitude which makes her one of the most beloved royal members.
Kate Middleton also took the time to give some life advice to the people that were listening to her. She brought up the impotence of taking care of your emotions and talked about the risks of over-medicating, particularly if you are young because you can likely become dependent on the medicine.
Although these issues have been around for a long time, she said that the effects of mental health problems are more noticeable than ever and that the younger population is one of the most affected. As a result, she has made it her goal to help those in need and she wants today’s world to be more interested in solving this kind of issue.
