Survivors of a knife attack at a Taylor Swift-themed dance class in Southport, England, will join the princess at Westminster Abbey on December 6. The “Royal Carols: Together at Christmas” service, which Kate has hosted since 2021, will air on Christmas Eve in the U.K. This year’s theme takes inspiration from the Christmas story, emphasizing empathy and human connection. As Kensington Palace noted, the event aims to celebrate those who give tirelessly to others. The event will serve as a reminder of the power of community, especially for those affected by the Southport tragedy.
