After months of treatment, Princess Kate Middleton seems to be back for her workouts. Following her September announcement of completing chemotherapy, the 42-year-old royal is embracing her gym routine once again, gradually reclaiming her active lifestyle.
“From what I understand, Catherine is doing very well. She is back training at the gym and doing all the things she wanted to do,” Royal expert Robert Jobson said.
Kate Middleton’s fitness regimen has always been as dynamic as her royal duties—mixing tennis, cold swims, interval training, and even trampoline sessions with her little ones. As a dedicated mom and full-time royal, Kate Middleton has been slowly returning to the regal spotlight while she continues looking after her children.
Her most-talked-about appearances this year include the Wimbledon men’s final (where she received applause from the audience) and Trooping the Colour 2024. As of now, Kate Middleton is reportedly planning her annual Christmas carol event at Westminster Abbey and will join the royal family for the Remembrance Sunday ceremony on November 10.
