Kate Middleton had a lovely interaction with a little girl who asked her about her experience as a member of the royal family. Kate made a surprise appearance at the Chelsea Flower Show and had the opportunity of spending the day with a group of children from different schools in London.
During the event, the Princess of Wales walked through the garden, smelled the flowers, and even took the time to draw with the children. She also wore a stunning elegant pink dress and caught the attention of the media which were reporting on the event organized by the Royal Horticultural Society.
On top of that, she surprised everyone with her ability to communicate with children by joining a picnic where several of the kinds approached to ask her questions. One of them asked for an autograph but she kindly explained that, as a member of the royal family, she is not allowed to sign anything.
The highlight was definitely when a little girl asked Kate Middleton what is it like to be a princess and she gave a heartwarming answer: “You have to work hard. But, you know, the best thing about it is meeting kiddies like you.”
