The Blue Dragon Film Awards took place on November 24 this year, acknowledging some of the best South Korean films and giving attendees and viewers electrifying performances. Those included NewJeans, and of course, JYP, the owner of JYP Entertainment himself.
The 51-year-old surprised the public due to his bold stylistic choices and his vocal performance. Unfortunately, the former idol didn’t sound very stable and was off-pitch at several points during his performance. If we add that up to his eccentric garments, the recipe for disaster is served.
And that’s how the audience reacted, they weren’t exactly loving JYP doing his thing on stage. Some were disturbed, showing unpleasant faces, and others were straight-up shocked at JYP.
But fear not, this former idol is ready to leave that in the past and will be giving us a new performance on the KBS2 show “The Seasons – AKMU’s Onalobam.” According to rumors, JYP was ill, which provoked his lackluster performance.
